ReSource Pro, a leader in insurance solutions, tasked us with designing and executing the ReSource Pro Annual Summit. This summit is the premier insurance event for transformation and innovation and we were in charge of content creation, design of exhibit booths, environmental graphics, and on-site production.
After years of virtual conferences, guests were ecstatic to attend the inaugural ReSource Pro Summit in person. The summit provided a wide range of track sessions, captivating keynote speakers, and numerous networking opportunities.
We created the overall ambiance by designing each room and incorporating dynamic movement and animations on the mesmerizing 40-foot LED screen used in the General Session. Additionally, we managed various content creation tracks, including photography, video interviews, and the opening video animation for the General Session, which set the tone for the entire summit.
ReSource Pro's visual identity was subtly incorporated throughout the event without overshadowing the overall experience. In the Resource Lounge, each of the five distinct business areas had its own unique color and identity, allowing them to stand out.
