Touring Trade Show Logistics
Working with the Oatly Team, Factory 360 was tasked with helping get the House of Oatly experience executed for multiple sconventions around the country in a multitude of different footprint sizes. Starting at Expo West in Anaheim, product samples were sent out through a conveyor belt, making for a powerful central photo op.


Kicking off Oatly’s 2026 Tradeshow tours at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California, Oatly came to the tradeshow with a bold, high fashion inspired design direction. Cladded in metals, and metallic finishes around the booth, guests were invited to sample Oatly inspired cocktail recipes, ands tour through their fashion inspired cocktail look books.

A central conveyor belt set as the hero piece for the booth, as cocktail samples rotated out onto the booth footprint floor. Not only did it provide as a unique way to distribute samples at a high volume, but served as a heightened photo moment for guests.



Other activities on the touring footprint included a metal cladded claw machine for guests to play with containing branded giveaways as well as a cladded metal Photo Booth in style of the footprint, that gave guests a printed branded photo strip. The high contrast booth had it stick out amongst the rest of the trade show footprints.
