We transformed the shopping experience for tennis enthusiasts by introducing a dedicated customization station within the Hard Rock Stadium’s retail store. This activation invited Miami Open attendees to make their Lacoste gear their own by adding exclusive 2024 Miami Open patches. By seamlessly blending personalization with premium retail, we gave guests a unique way to commemorate their tournament experience while elevating their style.
The customization area became a vibrant hub of creativity, where visitors could select their patches and watch as their chosen designs were applied to their gear on the spot. This personalized touch left guests with a keepsake that perfectly captured the spirit of the Miami Open.
