To celebrate the launch of their new Crispy Tender flavors, Wingstop tasked us with bringing the BAR TENDER heat to Brooklyn as a saucy pop-up flavor lab and cocktail lounge, packed with bold taste, playful energy, and a whole lot of drip.

Hosted at Jolene, the event was designed as a full-sensory flavor lab meets cocktail lounge, blending playful energy with crave-worthy food moments. Guests were welcomed into a vibrant space that felt equal parts experimental kitchen and nightlife hangout, setting the tone for a flavorful escape from the ordinary.

At the heart of the experience was the Sauce n’ Toss station, where guests chose their favorite flavor and watched tenders get tossed fresh to order. Nearby, the Mukbang Station encouraged full-send flavor moments on camera, giving fans a chance to showcase their reactions and amplify the experience on social media. Custom cocktails complemented the saucy lineup, while DJs and influencers kept the atmosphere buzzing with energy. Sprite was also on hand to cool things down between bites, rounding out a taste-forward journey.

From the curated interiors to interactive food stations and content-worthy moments, BAR TENDER was a true celebration of flavor and culture. Over two days, the event drew 803 guests, served 3,350 tenders, and built a massive waitlist—creating buzz, driving product trial, and reinforcing Wingstop’s reputation for bold, unforgettable flavor.
