Stemmed from the desire to support young minds and cultivate fresh perspectives in the experiential space, Factory360 developed the first ever agency-university incubator with Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Management.

The program, built on real-life experience and lasting connections between agency professionals and students, brings both impact and mentorship to the future leaders of the industry.

Through Factory360, students learn the latest in technology, trends, and the ins-and-outs of event production. Working directly with the school, our leaders plan and execute real events, coordinate speaker series throughout each semester and provide paid internship opportunities to students.
