Factory 360, having been NJOY’s Experiential Agency on record since the inception of the NJOY KING, looked to leverage its deep expertise in the brand through its sponsorship and event activations. By integrating experiential and social together in one house, F360 saw this as a perfect opportunity in cultivating NJOY’s online and offline community, together seamlessly.

The agency’s diverse teams have amassed a wealth of knowledge from their extensive work in experiential marketing for NJOY, plugging in the brand into productions that would gain maximum interactions all across the nation.

This relationship marks Factory 360’s first social media expansion, as the agency continues its momentum after hiring new Social Media Director, Laura Stirling Joffrion. Laura comes from Fiverr.com the world’s largest marketplace for services starting at $5. Fiverr has a large social following with thousands of people engaging with the brand internationally. Laura was Social Media Director at Fiverr.com and managed all aspects of social initiatives including digital strategy, content marketing, community development, and online brand management.
