Last year hailed an enormous executive growth spurt within the Factory 360 family.
Today we celebrated Zack Ashley‘s one year anniversary! Last April, Zack joined Factory 360 as our Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining the ranks, Zack had been Head of Marketing and Communications at the global branding firm, Addiction.
Then early last summer, we brought on Laura Stirling as the Director of Social Media. Laura made the jump to the agency life from the client side. She previously worked as Social Media Director for the largest online marketplace for digital services, Fiverr.
That same month, Factory veteran, Jason Coughlin was promoted to Vice President of Client Activations. With almost 10 years of experience under him, Jason’s expertise is a huge part of what brings our client’s marketing experiences to the next level.
Today, the New York Times announced the addition of three amazing teammates, Jamie Ennis, Matt Carpenter, and Winnie Fung. Not only is having them join the team exciting… it also launches the Factory 360 WESTERN EXPANSION!
As VP of West Coast Accounts, Jamie will be spear-heading our growth in the West Coast market and oversee Factory 360’s forthcoming San Francisco office. Jamie has an extensive record in experiential marketing. Previously, Jamie was Global Marketing Manager at PayPal, designing marketing solutions to drive engagement and lead generation and introduce the brand, products and services through direct consumer experiences. Prior to joining PayPal, Ennis held global marketing/communications roles at Gap, Inc., including marketing the launch of international and franchise Banana Republic stores. Ennis also has 10 years of experiential experience from CBS and Initiative Media.
With over 16 years of experience working on more than 450 experiential campaigns, Matt Carpenter is a master at pulling on a variety of programs. He has managed pilot programs to national rollouts for clients including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Chrysler, Verizon, Nintendo, and Google.
Our powerhouse, Winnie Fung has joined the family as Market Manager for the San Francisco office. She is certainly no stranger to the Factory 360 standard. Winnie has served as Market Manager for Factory’s PayPal Local Program, managing and training a team of brand ambassadors. She has worked with many Fortune 500 companies including Samsung, Safeway, Ford, Google, Adobe and Intel.
