Factory 360 is seeking a graphic design intern for the Spring of 2023 to join the creative team on a variety of fun projects. This role is based in NYC. We have an office in Brooklyn that our team goes into a few days a week.
Participation in project kick-off meetings, design review sessions, creative brainstorms, and production meetings
Assist the Art Director in developing detailed design concepts and graphic direction through visual, digital and motion design.
Contribute to scalable design systems that perform well in 2D and 3D environments and remain authentic to brand language
Work closely with the full project team in handoff between graphic and environmental design
Assist in QA and creation of production graphics
Ideating on creative field trips for the design team
Gaining a full understanding of our design process, from concept to build.
Assist Art Director in contributing to internal agency branding and design system updates
Have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & After Effects (3D motion experience a plus)
Experience designing with typography in mind
Be working towards or has a degree in Communication Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design or similar.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a close-knit team!
Detail-oriented in file organization
