Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1-2 years professional work
experience
Strong strategic planning, communication and executional skills
High standards, strong work ethic and enjoy working in team
environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Understanding of experiential marketing
Positive outlook and a can do approach to work

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas
and reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence
Participate in and documenting discussions during client meetings and
conference calls
Review vendor quotes and verify production specs
Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines
Field and process internal information requests
Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project
information as appropriate
Work, manage, staff, and execute events
Travel as needed
Process payroll for the field team
Research and review vendor quotes
