Take a Closer Look at Our Award-Winning Marketing Campaigns
Those are the awards and nominations Factory 360 is being honored with. Here is what we did with each one.
Bowie 75
To celebrate the late artist’s 75th birthday, we used Sony’s 360 Reality Audio and created a pop-up retail space where visitors enjoyed a walk through Bowie’s life and music. Along the way were London phone booths where they could call Bowie and listen to his recorded messages or leave him a message of what he meant to them.
There were trivia games, specialty items that could be purchased, and a replica of a classic DJ booth that Bowie frequented on BBC radio. By the end of these New York and London pop-ups, almost 35,000 items had been sold, 1,225 messages were left, and 276,100 Bowie-themed Instagram photos were captured. Our skills in these aspects were essential for this retail campaign.
- Creative technology
- Digital design
- Environmental design
- Experiential concepting
- Production
Grubhub’s Feeding Frenzy
The League of Legends Championship viewing party relied on Grubhub for delivery of the Feeding Frenzy foods. The goal was to create an entertaining food experience. Food trucks were arranged and set up to hand out gold coins when consumers bought food at one of the trucks. Those coins were used in a claw machine to win swag.
By the end of the event, more than 250 gamers participated and 450 prizes were awarded. The event had more than 2 million virtual views. We used our expertise in these areas for the Feeding Frenzy.
- Creative concepting
- Environmental design
- Event production
- Logistics
Instagram @Shop Pop-Up Shop-a-Thon
If you use Instagram, you’ve likely spotted a photo of a product that you couldn’t live without. The Instagram pop-up brought put those products front and center for people to take a closer look and then scan a QR code to purchase at that moment. The 13 shops were all from minority-owned small businesses.
In just two days, the retail pop-up had more than 7,100 visitors and had a 25% QR-to-purchase conversion rate. For this shop-a-thon pop-up, we showcased our experience with:
- Environmental design
- Experiential concepting
- Production
Pindrop Soundproof Tour
Pindrop specializes in security. For the company’s experiential marketing campaign, Factory 360 arranged a bus tour of nine cities where the bus was converted into a 40-foot-long theater named Wavelength. In Wavelength, consumers could try demos, learn more about Pindrop’s innovative tech, and learn more through interactive displays.
Once consumers were done exploring the security features and tech, they could head to the lounge for games, refreshments, and social activities. By the end of the tour, Pindrop had amassed more than 1,000 leads, handed out more than 1,500 swag items, and given more than 1,000 live demonstrations. For this technology marketing campaign, we tapped into four of our specialties:
- Event production
- Logistics and coordination
- Tour management
Spectrum Reach’s Neighborhood Tour
After the pandemic, Spectrum Reach went to potential customers rather than making them go to an event where Spectrum was available. The “Connecting Communities” campaign brought marketing and sales teams into communities that needed Spectrum’s help. The truck traveled the nation providing individual coaching services at a “town hall” before attendees traveled through a photo studio, food market, and post office, all designed to resemble a typical town.
The photo studio provided business owners with a traditional headshot. The food market had kiosks with food and beverages. The post office was the checkout point where an exit survey is filled out. It was expected that 450 people would attend, but 565 did and more than 400 of them were especially interested in the professional headshot and information on growing their businesses. For the mobile tour, we relied heavily on our expertise in:
- Development
- Environmental design
- Microsite design
- Tour production
