Senior Creative Strategist

As Factory360 grows in 2024, we seek motivated, imaginative, and collaborative individuals to join our creative team. We are currently in search of a Senior Experiential Creative Strategist who can conceptualize strategic and creative visions for both our company and the brands we collaborate with. The ideal candidate will take the lead in the creative ideation process, focusing on new business initiatives and existing programs. Demonstrating a profound understanding of experiential marketing, the Senior Experiential Creative Strategist is expected to stay abreast of market and consumer trends, leveraging this awareness to consistently generate innovative ideas for a range of clients. Writing and communication skills are crucial for success in this role, and the position will directly report to the Creative Director.

This is a full-time salaried position. Our Miami office operates remotely, and our New York office operates on a hybrid schedule with two days in office and three days WFH. Remote candidates will be considered.

Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and concept presentations to address clients goals through creative experiences both online and offline.

Present concepts and presentations with confidence, both in-person and online.

Work with the creative director to manage all incoming RFPs and deliverables associated with new business.

Develop insights from research that inform and drive creative brainstorms, helping to structure brainstorms ensuring we stay true to client briefs and objectives.

Develop measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators to help ground and guide overall concept and proposal development.

Collaborate with and lead the design team members to create cohesive and -inspiring presentations.

Stay in tune with consumer, industry, and cultural trends to ensure all creative output is relevant and innovative.

Copywriting across internal agency initiatives, including website presence, awards submissions, and industry event contributions.

Support in the execution of agency initiatives and thought leadership projects (i.e. POVs, trend reports/newsletters, internal initiatives)

Proactively researching client brands and industry trends to support Creative and Account teams in building organic and new business opportunities.

5-7 years of experience in creative strategy and experiential marketing

Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent years of work experience

Proven track record of winning new business and executing project work

Effective written communication & copywriting skills.

Collaborative amongst multiple teams and creative members

Experience in Google Suite

Ability to travel for work

You’re a big idea thinker and able to come up with creative brand ideas and stories for client briefs, leading to winning new business.

You have a range of experience in the brand activation industry, with clients spanning sectors including CPG, Tech, and Spirits.

You’re a hands-on creative, able to wear many hats and thrive in a deadline-oriented field.

You have a love for research and are an artist with words. This role should feel comfortable concepting, pitching, writing, and strategizing experiential activations for a wide range of clients.

You’re a natural leader, guiding brainstorms with insights and developing ideas among a team of creatives & designers.
